COMPLETE ENROLLMENT FORM: FILL OUT ONE FORM FOR AN INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY WITH MULTIPLE STUDENTS BY ADDING STUDENTS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE FORM.

PRE-FIRST LESSON CONSULT: Upon receiving your enrollment form we will contact you by call or text from (940) 387-1111 for a pre-first lesson consult to meet you, answer any questions you have, get to know your musical history and needs in more detail to plan your first lessons, confirm and schedule your weekly lesson day/time and complete enrollment with payment via an invoice sent from your student account.

 

ALL ASPECTS OF LESSONS ARE MANAGED ONLINE.

ONLINE STUDENT PORTAL: After your pre-lesson consult with us we will email a link to create your online profile in our lessons management system at mymusicstaff.com. Through this website you will view all aspects of lessons such as billing, scheduling, lesson notes and more.

 

WEEKLY LESSONS PAID BY THE MONTH

BILLING/PAYMENT: lessons are auto-billed on a monthly basis on the 1st of each month. example: October lessons are due by Oct 1st.

You will receive a monthly enrollment invoice for review prior to any automatic-billing to the card provided upon enrollment. Please note that you can change the card to be charged each month through your student portal account.
