PRIVATE LESSONS ENROLLMENT POLICY

Please take a moment to read and agree to our private lessons enrollment policy. Following this policy ensures for both you and teacher a smooth operation of lessons throughout the year allowing everyone to focus on your journey of creative self-expression through learning your chosen instrument. The following policy outlines how to reschedule lessons, monthly lessons enrollment payment and much more.

ONLINE LESSONS MANAGEMENT: All aspects of your lessons are managed at www.mymusicstaff.com.

Access your account using any browser and proceed as you would with any mobile app.

ENROLLMENT: All lessons must be paid prior to scheduling.

  • Single Private Lesson Enrollment:

30-minute: $35

60-minute: $65

  • Weekly Private Lessons Enrolled by the Month: Invoices are emailed on the 17th for the following month. Enrollment is due no later than the 1st. Enrollment will be suspended on the 7th of each month if payment is past due.

→ Set up enrollment on auto-bill for the 1st of each month and conveniently lock in your lesson day & time month-to-month.

Depending on your weekly lesson day you will receive 3, 4 or 5 lessons per month with one week off for the Spring Break, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year holidays.

 Billing will vary as follows:

3 week month (Holiday off): 30-minutes: $105 or 60-minutes: $195

4 week month: 30-minutes: $140 or 60-minutes: $260

5 week month: 30-minutes: $175 or 60-minutes: $325

PAYMENT:

  • Online: via each monthly invoice by debit/credit card or PayPal account. Automatic bill on the 1st of each month. 

REFUNDS: enrollment must be redeemed by attending scheduled lessons for each specific enrollment period. No cash/credit refunds or lesson credits for future enrollment periods are allowed.

RESCHEDULING LESSONS: Due to advance scheduling of your teacher and reservation of a lessons room a minimum of 48 hours notice must be given by phone at (940) 387-1111 [mon-sat 12-8pm] or by email to  lessons@theghostnote.net.

If proper 48 hours notice it not given the lesson will be marked “absent” and not eligible for makeup or refund. All lessons eligible for make up must be rescheduled and attended within 30 days.

In the event your teacher must reschedule a lesson you will be notified as far in advance as possible. If you and your teacher are unavailable on an alternate day in the given enrollment period, another available teacher will sub in during your usual weekly lesson day/time.

TARDIES: Please note that lessons can run 5 minutes late, but typically start right at your scheduled time. Please show up 5-10 minutes early to settle in. If you are tardy 15 minutes or more your lesson will be marked absent and deemed not eligible for make up or refund.

MEDIA RELEASE: We pride ourselves in producing quality events and media content. It is possible that you may appear in footage from an event or featured on one of our media outlets.  

I grant The Ghost Note LLC (“T(G)N”), and parties designated by T(G)N the irrevocable right to use my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and/or performance as captured by photographic, audio and/or video means (the “Product”) for release and/or reproduction in any medium for any legal purpose, including but not limited to education, training, illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and general trade.

I acknowledge that I have no interest or ownership in the Product or the copyright in the Product, and that any use of the Product may be made without compensation or notice to me. I waive any right to inspect, approve, and/or otherwise control the use of the Product.

I acknowledge that my name and identity may be revealed in the Product or by descriptive text or commentary. However, T(G)N may not publish my address, telephone numbers, or email address with the Product.
