The legendary Mike Clark is coming back to the shop for private lessons Saturday & Sunday August 22nd & 23rd plus a Clinic w/special guests Jeff Eckles/Bass & Drew Zaremba/Sax on Sunday August 23rd 5-7pm. Mr. Clark is considered the innovative pioneer of the “Linear Funk” style, a post bop jazz master, and a fantastic person; we couldn’t be more thrilled and honored to have him again.
Mr. Clark has performed with Herbie Hancock, Wayne Shorter, Tony Bennett, Christian McBride, Wallace Roney, Bobby Hutcherson, Joe Henderson, Woody Shaw, Donald Harrison, Vince Guaraldi, Chet Baker, Larry Coryell, Eddie Henderson, Jeff Berlin, Bobby McFerrin, Al Jarreau, Dave Liebman, Oscar Brown Jr., Gil Evans and his Orchestra and a host of others.
